Monviar's order return policies:
- The allowed period for returning products is seven days from the date of receiving the order.
- A return request can only be submitted once per order, and no further request can be submitted for the same order number thereafter.
- The amount will be transferred to the customer's account within 7–14 business days from the date the product is received by the shipping company.
- Orders paid through Tamara or Tappy will be refunded through Tamara or Tappy.
- Monviar perfumes purchased from other apps are subject to the return and exchange policy of the app from which the order was placed.
- Orders from outside Saudi Arabia are non-returnable.
- The delivery and cash on delivery service is a paid service for receiving the order and paying at the time. When the product arrives and the customer wishes to return it, the service fee is deducted for the customer's benefit.
- If the order includes a free offer or product, the products must be returned in full to complete the refund process.
- Offers consisting of more than one product are not eligible for partial refunds.
- The return and exchange policy does not apply to perfumes that have been opened or used.

If the order is not received for any reason (no response, non-payment of customs duties, or any other reason), the customs duties and shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

Replacement steps in Monviar:
- Submit a return request via WhatsApp or email.
- Shipping the product to be returned (shipping costs are borne by the customer).
- After the product arrives, the amount will be transferred to your account.
- You can then order any perfume you like from the store.
