Article 1: Definitions

  1. The store: Monviar Perfumery Store, including its website, app or any affiliated digital platform.
  2. Consumer: Every person who deals with the store electronically with the aim of purchasing products or benefiting from the services offered.
  3. Agreement: This refers to the terms and conditions that govern the relationship between the store and the consumer.

Article Two: Legal Capacity

  1. The consumer acknowledges that he has the legal capacity, as recognized by Sharia and the system, to deal with the store, and that he is at least eighteen years old.
  2. In the event of a violation of this, the consumer bears full legal responsibility towards third parties.

Article Three: Nature of the Obligation

  1. The store is committed to providing the products offered according to the specifications shown for each product.
  2. The store may offer additional services such as after-sales services, depending on the nature of the product.

Article Four: Usage Guidelines

  1. The consumer is obligated to use the store in accordance with public morals and the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  2. The consumer undertakes not to use the products or services in a manner that violates regulations or public morals.

Article Five: Accounts and Recording

When registering with the store, the user agrees to the following:

  1. Keeping account data and password confidential.
  2. Inform the store immediately of any unauthorized use of its account.
  3. He bears full responsibility for all activities that take place through his account.
  4. Provide accurate, up-to-date and complete information during registration.

Article Nine: Intellectual Property

Article Ten: Store Responsibility

  1. The store is committed to conducting its business in accordance with the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  2. The store is not responsible for any delays caused by shipping companies or circumstances beyond its control.
  3. The store is committed to ensuring that all its products are genuine, sound, and legally authorized.

Article Eleven: Restriction of Membership

The store has the right to suspend or cancel the membership of any user or restrict their access to the platform if they violate the terms of this agreement, without prior notice.


Article Twelve: The Applicable Law

This agreement is subject to the regulations and legislation in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent judicial authorities therein shall be the reference in case of dispute.


Article Thirteen: General Provisions

  1. The Arabic language is the language adopted for interpreting this agreement.
  2. Prices and offers are subject to change at any time.
  3. Promotional offers are temporary and may be discontinued or modified.
  4. This agreement may only be cancelled by a decision issued by the store management.
